When ready, your order is scheduled for delivery. We organise routes and timing carefully, and you’ll be updated with any confirmed delivery details.

Delivery & Arrival

Your order is delivered to your address by our delivery partners. In rare cases of delay, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way until it arrives safely.

What We expect From You

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase, including delivery address, contact information, and any relevant access details. Where applicable, it is important to confirm that items will fit through entryways, hallways, and into the intended space prior to ordering. Once an order is placed, preparation begins promptly, and changes may not always be possible without affecting delivery timelines.

At the point of delivery, customers are expected to be available to receive the order or ensure appropriate arrangements have been made. Clear access to the delivery location must be provided, and any specific requirements such as restricted access, parking limitations, or building permissions should be communicated in advance. While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates and updates throughout, customers acknowledge that scheduling may be subject to change due to operational or external factors beyond our control.
