Unused & Original Condition
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, components, and protective materials. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in refusal or reduced refund value.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect items upon delivery. Any damage, defects, or issues must be reported within 24–48 hours to qualify for resolution or replacement.
Return Approval Process
All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to approve, partially refund, or reject returns based on the product’s condition upon arrival back to us.
