REQUEST A RETURN
If you believe your item is faulty or not as expected, contact our team within 24–48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos so we can assess the situation quickly and accurately.
REVIEW & APPROVAL
Our team will carefully review your request in line with our returns policy. We may offer a repair, replacement, or return depending on the issue. Minor variations, dust, or small cosmetic differences are not considered faults.
RESOLUTION
If your return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, including finance providers where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
Important Information
Product Variations
All products are made to a high standard, however slight differences in stitching, finish, or detailing (especially on areas such as the back of the sofa) may occur. These do not affect quality and are not considered defects.
Condition on Arrival
Items may have light dust or packaging residue from transit. This is normal and can be easily cleaned. It is not considered damage.
Non-Returnable Reasons
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, minor cosmetic differences, or natural variations in materials and finish.
Finance Orders
If you purchased using Klarna or another finance provider, refunds will be processed through them and are subject to their terms.
