We keep you updated throughout every stage of your order to ensure you’re always informed. As your delivery approaches, you’ll receive updates via email and SMS, including a notification prior to delivery. In most cases, you’ll be contacted the day before to confirm your delivery details.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within a specified period of receiving your order so we can review your request.
Items must be returned in an acceptable condition, unused, and with all original packaging where possible. Please note that due to the nature of furniture delivery, minor dust, packaging marks, or light transit-related marks are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for return.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please notify us within 24–48 hours with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
All returns are subject to approval in line with our full Returns Policy.

To request a return, please contact our team with your order details and the reason for your request. Once received, we will review your case in line with our return policy and advise on the next steps.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return any items without prior confirmation, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Where required, you may be asked to provide photos to help us assess the condition of the item.
