We offer a 14-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within this period. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Due to the nature of our products, all items are made-to-order or prepared specifically upon purchase. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that made-to-order items are exempt from standard cancellation rights. For non-custom items, returns will only be accepted if the product is: Unused and not assembled beyond necessary inspection In the same condition as received Free from wear, marks, odours, or damage Returned in the original packaging with all protective materials Accompanied by proof of purchase We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon arrival. If an item shows signs of use, installation, damage, or is not returned in its original condition, we may: Refuse the return Apply a partial refund Deduct costs for restoration or repackaging Please note that returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way beyond reasonable inspection.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24–48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact our support team to arrange the process.
Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU)
Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase - if more time is taken you may not be eligible for a cancellation due to production of sofa commencing once processed
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
