ASSEMBLY RESPONSIBILITY

Please read these important instructions carefully

01

Customer Assembly Responsibility

In a rare case certain furniture items such as chairs and tables may require assembly upon delivery. A detailed instruction guide will be provided where applicable. The customer will be required to assemble. This could be due to various reasons such as a hardship for transportation on certain furniture.
02

Check Before You Build

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact us before assembly begins.
03

Weight & Usage Limits

Furniture must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and reasonable weight limits. Misuse may lead to damage not covered by SofaPack.
04

Retaining Packaging & Parts

Customers should retain packaging and unused parts until assembly is complete. This may be required in the event of an issue.

Assembly & Refund Conditions

Please Read Our Refund Policy

01

Refund Eligibility After Assembly

Products that have been fully or partially assembled may not be eligible for a refund unless a confirmed manufacturing fault is identified.
02

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. Furniture that has been used, altered, or assembled may not meet refund requirements.
03

Assembly-Related Damage

Damage caused during self-assembly, including incorrect installation or misuse of components, may result in a refusal of refund eligibility.
04

Fault Assessment Process

All refund requests relating to faults will be reviewed by our team. Where a genuine manufacturing issue is confirmed, an appropriate resolution will be provided in line with our policy.
