1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days

  • Once your order is placed, it enters our preparation and dispatch system

All items go through a handling and preparation stage before being released for delivery.


2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer fast and reliable delivery across many of our products:

  • Fast Delivery Items: 1–3 working days

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days

  • Extended Delivery Items: up to 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on product type, availability, and location.


3. Inventory Checks & Dispatch Process

All SofapackUK products are managed through our warehouse and supplier network. Before dispatch, each order undergoes a detailed inventory and quality check to ensure accuracy and condition.

As part of this process, some orders may experience slight delays due to:

  • Final inventory verification

  • Stock allocation within our warehouse network

  • Quality control inspections prior to dispatch

  • Increased demand on specific products

While many items are available for fast dispatch, certain products may require additional handling time and can take up to 1–2 weeks for delivery.

If this applies to your order, we will keep you informed and ensure it is dispatched as quickly as possible.


4. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier partners to deliver your furniture:

  • Smaller items are shipped via standard parcel couriers

  • Larger items (e.g. sofas, tables) are delivered via specialist furniture couriers

Delivery may include:

  • Curbside delivery, or

  • Scheduled delivery slots for larger items


5. Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order

  • Check that items will fit through doors, hallways, and staircases

Failed deliveries or access issues may result in additional charges.


6. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided where available

  • For larger deliveries, our courier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable time


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos where possible

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund where necessary.
