Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery typically takes between 5–14 working days, depending on your location and product availability. In some cases, certain items may be prepared or produced to order when stock is limited, which can extend delivery times slightly. These timeframes are provided as a guideline, and while we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occur during periods of high demand or production.

After processing, your order will be dispatched and delivered by our team. You may receive updates regarding your delivery, including scheduling where applicable.

Access & Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access for delivery, including doorways, hallways, and staircases. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional charges may apply.

Delays & High Demand

During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly extended. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is missed or cannot be completed, a re-delivery may need to be arranged. This may result in additional charges and delays to your order.

Product Condition on Arrival

Due to the nature of furniture delivery, items may arrive with minor dust or light marks from transit. These are not considered defects and can usually be easily cleaned, and therefore do not qualify as grounds for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours with clear photos. Our team will assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
