Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Simply contact our customer service team and we'll process your cancellation immediately.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can still return it within 14 days of receipt under our returns policy. Return shipping costs may apply.

Custom and made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We'll notify you before starting production.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your cancellation request or returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
