Before First Use
Once your table has been delivered and assembled, we recommend giving the surface a light wipe with a soft, clean microfiber cloth before first use. During packaging, storage, and transit, small amounts of dust, wood particles, or packaging residue may settle on the tabletop or frame. A gentle clean will help freshen the surface and remove any lingering debris before placing the table into everyday use.
Understanding Material Behaviour
Certain materials naturally react to lighting, ambient humidity, and daily use. Surfaces such as solid wood, wood veneers, powder-coated metal, or stone may show natural grain variations, subtle shifts in tone, or light surface patinas over time as they settle into their environment. These are normal characteristics of natural and finished materials and should not be considered a fault. Over time, these unique traits add warmth and character, making every piece distinctly yours.
Quality Checks Before Dispatch
Before your table leaves, each order goes through a series of quality control checks to ensure the product meets strict presentation and manufacturing standards. Surface finishes, edge alignments, leg stability, hardware fittings, and overall structural integrity are inspected prior to dispatch to help ensure the table arrives in suitable condition for delivery.
Heat & Moisture Protection
Always use trivets, coasters, and placemats under hot cookware, cold drinks, or wet dishes to prevent heat marks, warping, or moisture rings.
